The Application form is now available for the Entertainment Evenings at the upcoming Shri MahaGanesha Puja weekend to be celebrated at the Conference Centre at Yulara. Link to Form is below.
Please read the following points before filling in the form:
- The main Entertainment Evenings are Friday 6th and Saturday 7th September. The evening after the Puja is a less formal, more spontaneous evening.
- If you are presenting a play that has specific/sophisticated lighting etc requirements, you would need to organise these in advance. There is a simple lighting setup in the Puja Hall.
- If you need time to rehearse in the Puja Hall (e.g. a play or a dance), please indicate this on the application form and we will try to negotiate this within the weekend schedule.
- If you know of a Yogi/Yogis/Yoginis who have the ability to lift the vibrations through their performances but are somewhat shy, please encourage them/assist them with completing an application form.
- We are always in need of Yogis to assist with stage setup. Setting up instruments, props, mics/mic stands etc. Please send your name if you are interested/available to assist.
